- Test brake fluid, inspect pads and discs
- Examine belts (alternator, timing)
- Test starter & leisure battery health

- Verify working wipers and headlights

2 - Exterior Inspection & Weatherproofing

4 - Logistics & Rental Readiness

- Confirm insurance, registration, inspection papers
- Print rental contract
- Prepare PDF or digital checklist for handover
Setup:

- Tag and verify spare keys
- Confirm calendar status on booking platforms
- Update listing photos if needed
- Take condition photos and upload to internal drive
- Review previous trip feedback and resolve issues
- Double-check fuel level and reset KM to zero
